Veterans Day Assembly

Mac Bledsoe is coming to Cashmere for our Veterans Day assembly. You might remember that a few years ago Mac was the guest speaker at a pre-Apple Blossom function where he spoke to veterans. I have been working along with Shelly Milne at the middle school, and Alicia Smith at the Vale to bring to Cashmere an all-District Veteran's Day assembly. It will feature a parade of Veterans, the Cashmere High School Band and K - 12 graders marching to celebrate our Veterans. We will start at the Vale Elementary and end at the high school. Mac will speak at the high school in Ron Doane Gymnasium. This assembly will also feature, the band, and choirs, performing patriotic music, and a lunch to follow for the Veterans. This will all take place on Friday Nov 9. The gathering at the Vale starts at about 8:30 and Mac Bledsoe is speaking at 10:15 at the high school.
