On "free days," visitors are not required to display a Discover Pass for daytime visits to Washington state parks. Two free days are offered in parks the following weekend, June 8 and 9, in honor of National Get Outdoors Day, which is June 8. Wednesday, June 5, 2013 More... | | | The State Department of Revenue makes amending tax returns much easier | The Department of Revenue recently released a new online tool that lets businesses amend previously-filed state excise tax returns electronically.
The new service has already proved popular with taxpayers, who filed more than 1,100 amended returns in its first two weeks of availability.
