I'm searching for a "unicorn," ideally a place outside the city proper (Wenatchee, Cashmere, Leavenworth, Peshastin/Dryden, Plain), surrounded by nature. A space offering at least 1-2 acres of land to cultivate a more sustainable living with a single-family home, minimum of one bathroom and two bedrooms. Additional space is a plus that provides an environment for a creative space or business practice. Ultimately, I am patient in waiting for the right time, fit, and price, as the purpose of this venture is to acquire a long-term home. In financial and purchasing preparedness, I have already established relationships with a local loan lender (approved for a 30-year conventional loan) and a real estate agent.
