PUBLIC NOTICE (Chelan County, WA –Ingalls Creek) Pursuant to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Form 854 File Number A1310936, WEIS Towers LLC proposed to construct a monopole tower up to 150’ at Ingalls Creek Road, Peshastin, Chelan County, Washington, 98847 located in a portion of Section 24, Township 23 North, Range 17 East, W.M., with NAD 83 coordinates of 47-28-08 degrees North by -120-39-55.7 degrees West, and has requested an antenna structure registration from the FCC. No FAA lighting is required. Interested persons may review the application by going to www.fcc.gov/asr/applications and entering the Form 854 File Number, and may raise environmental concerns about the proposed structure by filing a Request for Environmental Review with the FCC which the FCC strongly encourages to be filed online per the instructions found at www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest.
